KRYSTAL VARGAS OLIVENCIA
SOMATIC SEX & INTIMACY COACH
As an immigrant myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to adjust to a new city, navigating the everyday details, or simply trying to exist in a place that doesn’t quite feel like home yet.
What can be harder to notice is the quieter experience underneath: wanting connection while also feeling unsure where to start.
Sometimes that feeling shows up as numbness. Being surrounded by people but not feeling fully seen. Going through the routines of everyday life wondering what it means to truly feel at home in this new chapter of your life.
I believe intimacy and connection begins with how we meet ourselves: our emotions, our bodies, and our experiences in the present moment.
When we create space to feel what is here, something different becomes possible. We begin to notice ourselves more clearly, and from there, the way we meet others can also shift.
Connection is not only something we find. It is something we practice.
I know from experience how disorienting this journey can feel. My invitation is to explore what is underneath the rush and disconnection, creating more space for clarity, connection, and intimacy.

“ It was more than just a session; it was a journey into myself, with Krystal always there, showing me ways to understand and accept myself while gently guiding me forward.”
